mtd memoriam: David Bowie
Although I didn't really exactly eat and drink David Bowie to the fullest, at least not yet, not like some folks have, a lot of musical artist I worshiped did, ie. Boy George, Morrissey and Duran Duran. Some songs I have loved have been, "The Man Who Sold The World," which I heard for the first time when Nirvana covered it, "Heroes", "Golden Years", "Let's Dance", "Ashes To Ashes", "Pressure" with Queen, "Space Oddity", "Modern Love", and "Changes" to name a few. I think it's a testament to Bowie's imprint on modern music when I don't even consider myself one of his biggest fans and yet I can name 9 of his hit songs off the top of my head.
